What is RJ USB, exactly?▼
RJ USB is a pair of Windows apps — RJ USB Server (the technician's app) and RJ USB Client (the device-host app). Together they let you use a phone's USB port over the internet exactly as if the phone were plugged into your own computer.
What can I actually do with it?▼
Anything your local tools already do: Qualcomm EDL 9008, MediaTek BROM/Preloader, Unisoc SPRD, ADB and fastboot, Samsung Odin, iOS tools (iTunes / 3uTools / DFU), MTP file access, smart cards and dongles. The phone appears on your PC as a genuinely local USB device.
Do I need port forwarding or a static IP?▼
No. RJ USB works behind NAT, 4G/5G and CGNAT using a stable 6-digit code and our secure relay. On a trusted LAN you can also use Static IP mode for a direct connection.
Is it secure? What about my customer's data?▼
Every session runs over TLS (1.2+), the relay enforces quotas and rate limits, and the apps are gated by a cloud-validated, Ed25519-signed license bound to the machine. A session only exists between the two apps you connect — with the role you approve.
How do I buy and what are the plans?▼
